Dr.Chen has extensive experience with statistical and bioinformatics research, both in methodology and applications that relate to this application. In particular, a major focus of his research has been on translational cancer research in triple-negative breast cancer and colorectal to discover effective biomarkers and to enable a better understanding of cancer biology through innovative genomic data analysis. He has published more than 150 papers on research topics, including high-dimensional variable selection, prediction modeling, biomarker discovery, genomic pathway data analysis, and their applications to complex diseases, especially cancers.
