About Me

“My passion is helping students uncover the keys to emotion in music through arranging and composition.”

Among his many publications, Professor Lindsay is the author of “Jazz Arranging Techniques,” a textbook that is used in numerous universities throughout the world. He has numerous recordings to his credit, both as an arranger and as a musical contributor.

Born and raised in Rhode Island, Professor Lindsay began playing music at the age of ten.
