People Profile Managers are touch-points around the University who assist in managing some of the content that can appear on People Profile Pages and related People Lists. This content includes a person's photo, their About Me/Bio, and specific social accounts among other fields and controls. For faculty members, many of the accordions that appear on profile pages are managed via Faculty Success.
Remember: Basic information such as honorifics, first and last name, e-mail, phone, and office location are editable directly in Workday.
Web and Digital Communications operates regular training sessions for individuals interested in becoming People Profile Managers for their respective areas. Typically, approval for this access is approved by existing profile managers and leadership within each area. Contact webmaster@miami.edu for more information.
