Kennedy Robinson is the Assistant Director of Multicultural Student Affairs at the University of Miami, where she facilitates and coordinates a variety of diversity education programs and serves as an advisor and mentor to student leaders. She received her Master's in Higher Education Leadership from Valdosta State University, where she was an essential member in the establishment and success of the newly created Office of Diversity & Inclusion. It was there where Kennedy began to set her foundation as a professional who values social justice and developed a passion to engage others with the necessary tools to champion inclusion. In MSA, Kennedy specializes in social justice training, leadership development, student advocacy, program development, digital marketing engagement and mentorship. In addition to her role in MSA, she has over four years of experience in the creation of programs, initiatives, and organizations. Kennedy furthers her passion to serve underrepresented communities as the co-founder of a community initiative known as Saving Her Essence Matters (S.H.E. Matters), which provides scholarships to young women and serves as a mentorship organization.
