Assistant Professor of Clinical at the University of Miami School of Nursing and Health Studies. Dr. Anglade received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from City College of the City University of New York (CUNY), her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in nursing education and PhD from the University of Miami School of Nursing and Health Studies. Her clinical background include medical/surgical stepdown, perioperative care, and inpatient psychiatry. She also has management experience overseeing hospital quality management, infection control, and medical staff office departments.

Dr. Anglade’s significant areas of interest include patient safety, healthcare quality, performance improvement, and regulatory alignment. Her dissertation topic was: Patient safety culture, compassion fatigue, compassion satisfaction: Impact on nurse-sensitive patient outcomes.

Dr. Anglade teaches adult health clinical classes and has a shared role with the University of Miami Hospital and Clinics/Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center as nurse researcher collaborating with the Research and Evidence Based Practice Council to facilitate nursing research at Sylvester.
